This can all be donated to one charity as teams will get to see the effect that their donation will make. For example, 100 will result in 100 Trees planted. 

Or reward more than one charity as teams take the money and split the donations how they see best between more than one good cause.

The donation is provided from the company and the guests will get the opportunity to use this to make a real difference to chosen charities.

Brook Green UK DMC - our projects

Brook Green, with the entire ATS group, is partner with PATH NET ZERO a program that allow us to calculate the carbon impact of all the travel and events we create. After a tailored calculation based on the entire event by adding few GBP per person, we can reduce the impact of the entire event to zero emissions.

The money paid for carbon credits goes towards certified carbon offset projects that have met the highest standards, and your client can be able to select their own project and make the donation under their name.

The funds are distributed amongst carbon offset Eco-suppliers. By joining the program, you are doing more than simply offsetting emissions – you are dedicated to supporting developing countries, communities, and environments.

The offsetting projects portfolio is verified to the highest global standards and is strategically curated to deliver maxim impact for planet and people.
Projects include reforestation, generating new renewable energy, sponsoring communities’ eco-initiatives and wildlife eco-projects —all critical to the sustainability of the travel sector.

I suggest calculating the carbon impact once the itinerary is closed, so we know exactly what services will be needed for this program.

The cost is really small, adding just between 1GBP– 5GBP per person, approximately (and depending on the final itinerary) but has a big impact.
