Events in Albania

Albania is a country in the Balkans with a rich offering of cultural events. From traditional jamborees to pop concerts, there is always something going on. Most events are based on historical and religious festivals, all of them with an Albanian twist that makes them unforgettable.

There are colorful parades, full of folk music and dancing. The Dita e Verës for instance, is a spring festival that marks the end of winter and beginning of warmer days with flowers, songs and delicious meals.
