The Silk Route Race: Laos/Vietnam – 10 days / 9 nights from April 7 to 16, 2024

 Taking place on April 7 to 16, 2024, the Silk Route Race is a unique race where competitors will not only test their physical endurance, but also have the opportunity to visit cultural sites, experience authentic encounters with the locals, and share unforgettable moments with the ethnic minorities who will join, for a few kilometers, each stage in Vietnam and Laos.

As a co-organizer with SDPO, Phoenix Voyages offers a special program integrating the visit of several historical sites of the countries in parallel with the race, promising an unforgettable adventure!

From Laos, participants will explore Luang Prabang and its iconic attractions, such as the National Museum, Vat Xiengthong, and run in Pak Ou caves, as well as racing in Xieng Khouang, the province housing the famous Plain of Jars and its mysterious monoliths.

In Con Cuong, Vietnam, along the Laotian border, runners will also visit some villages of the Thai minority and race at Khe Kem Waterfalls. Continuing along the Northern Vietnam region, participants will head from the scenic countrysides of Pu Luong and Hoa Lu to the majestic Halong Bay. Finally, from Halong, participants will journey to the unspoiled islets of Con Vit and Gia Luan and race on Cat Ba Island.
