Set your speaks to play Sidi Mansour - To quote wiem '"an old Tunisian song with a vibrant Tunisian rhythm" Ingredients Couscous with Octopus: 500 g fine or medium couscous 500 g octopus (Don't worry, we've got a big stick for this!) 2 potatoes 2 carrots 1 glass of chickpeas, soaked the day before (We'll let them marinate in regret for a bit.) 2 onions, chopped (They'll be shedding tears of joy once they meet our spices!) 2 cloves garlic, minced (Time to unleash the garlic breath!) 1 tbsp. tomato concentrate (Because tomatoes need a little spotlight too.) Tunisia's Soaring Connectivity to Europe: A Record-Breaking Summer Tunisia has more capacity to Europe than any other African country, after Morocco and Egypt, . It will offer a record 3.54 million departing seats between April and October, according to Cirium data, a 14.6% rise over 2019.
