Tokyo Business and Culture Immersion: A 3-Day Itinerary for Your Clients

Welcome to Tokyo, Japan’s beating heart! This carefully thought-out three-day plan is meant to combine business undertakings with an immersive cultural experience in one of the most vibrant cities globally.

Day One: Arrival and Evening at Shinjuku
Narita or Haneda Airport in Tokyo will be your clients' destination upon arrival where they will be met by our driver who will take them to the prestigious Park Hyatt Tokyo. They can spend their time at home looking over the city after check-in. In the evening, it would be nice to walk around Shinjuku which is famous for its tall buildings and many nightclubs before having a welcome dinner at a traditional Izakaya that serves typical Japanese food.

Day Two: Business and Historical Insights
The morning involves attending breakfast-meeting followed by commercial appointments. The afternoon breaks on peaceful walks through the serene gardens of the imperial palace within central Tokyo. In addition, an evening free for leisurely enjoying fine dinning in Ginza to provide a list of top class restaurants for you.

Day Three: Corporate Sessions and Akihabara Experience
After morning corporate sessions, your customers can explore unique subcultures in Tokyo like they did earlier today while visiting Akihabara which is known as the world mecca of anime and electronics. Themed cafes and electronic stores provide glimpses into contemporary Japanese culture. Your clients can have a dinner in one high-end sushi restaurant where sushi making was perfected as an art form.

This itinerary ensures that your clients engage themselves well in business while experiencing traditional-modern mix that defines Tokyo.

Vienna Airport focus on Southern Asia

Vienna Airport focus on Southern Asia

Bringing the world to Austria, one boarding pass at a time

Vienna International Airport (VIE) is working earnestly to ensure that Austria is the best ‘accidental vacation’ that people never planned for. The airport saw an increase in passenger count with a whopping 31.7 million people traveling through it in 2024, that is a 7.4% increase from last year. That figure warrants growth in the region's economic opportunities, so the airport is broadening its routes, particularly to Southern Asia.

This means more long-haul options, new connections, and even bigger excuses to "accidentally" miss your return flight home because Vienna was just too good to leave.

More Flights, More Destinations, More Reasons to Pack

Some of the newest flight additions include:

  • Hainan Airlines is making China-Vienna trips even easier, with Shenzhen (SZX) back in action and Chengdu (CTU) now a three-times-weekly option. More pandas, more dumplings, more reasons to go.
  • ANA (All Nippon Airways) has resumed year-round service to Tokyo (NRT)—because why fly near Japan when you can fly direct?
  • Scoot, the budget-friendly sidekick of Singapore Airlines, is launching a three-times-weekly route to Singapore (SIN) in June 2025. If you ever wanted to hop from schnitzel to satay in record time, this is your chance.

And it’s not just Asia getting the love. The Middle East and Europe are also seeing some serious upgrades:

  • SKY Express launched a four-times-weekly Athens (ATH) service—because nothing says "vacation goals" like deciding between Greek islands or Austrian Alps.
  • Air Arabia now flies to Sharjah (SHJ) four times a week, proving that "weekend escape" can mean a whole new continent.
  • EasyJet is launching a daily Milan (MXP) route in March 2025, because fashion and espresso emergencies should never be delayed.
More Space, Fewer Security Line Jitters

To keep up with the growing crowds, Vienna Airport is dropping €420 million (roughly $428 million) on a South Terminal expansion set to open in 2027. Expect:

Faster security screening (so you can spend more time shopping and less time awkwardly hopping on one foot to remove your shoes).
Larger waiting areas, because somebody is always hogging the charging station.
Better amenities, meaning more options for that pre-flight pretzel and last-minute souvenir panic buy.

Where Vienna Wants to Fly Next

Vienna is dreaming big, and there are still plenty of unserved routes waiting to be filled. The airport has its sights on destinations like:

North America: Miami (MIA), San Francisco (SFO)
Asia-Pacific: Hanoi (HAN), Mumbai (BOM), Hong Kong (HKG), Phuket (HKT)
South America: São Paulo (GRU)
Middle East & Africa: Muscat (MCT), Nairobi (NBO)
Europe: Bergen (BGO), Gdansk (GDN), Toulouse (TLS), Bordeaux (BOD)

Translation? If you’ve been dreaming about one of these destinations, start hoping your favourite airline takes the hint.

The Future Is Looking Bright (and Full of Boarding Passes)

Vienna International Airport expects another successful year in 2025 fueled by a broadening flight network, unprecedented increase in passenger numbers, and substantial infrastructure investment. Passengers can expect a lot from Vienna, and whether they are flying in, out or “unfortunately” missing their flight, it is clear that the city is aiming to improve the experience of everyone partaking in its tourism.

But first, who is up for a Schnitzel before takeoff?

ANA Launches Stockholm Tokyo Route

ANA Launches Stockholm Tokyo Route

Pack your passports and prep your taste buds—Sweden and Japan are now closer than ever, and not just in spirit. All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan’s biggest airline and a champion of impeccable in-flight service (seriously, have you seen their bento boxes?), has just launched a direct route between Stockholm Arlanda and Tokyo Haneda.

Starting January 31, 2025, this new flight will run three times a week, making it easier than ever for Swedes to swap fika for sushi and for Japanese travellers to embrace the wonders of ABBA, IKEA, and meatballs drowning in lingonberry sauce.

A Business and Tourism Game Changer

Japan isn’t only famous for its anime, cherry blossoms, and advanced toilets, it happens to be Sweden’s second largest trading partner in Asia. This infers that the new journey is not solely centered around magnificent vacations (though lets face it, that is a huge bonus). It is also a huge victory for enterprises, promoting trade and enabling corporate handshakes at altitude of 35,000 feet.

Stockholm Gets a Boost as a Global Hub

ANA’s expansion isn’t stopping here. With Stockholm now officially on the map, ANA is solidifying the city’s role as a major European hub. And in case that wasn’t enough, the airline is also rolling out a new Istanbul service in February 2025, because apparently, they’re on a mission to connect the world, one flight at a time.

So, What’s Next?

If you’ve ever dreamed of cherry blossoms in Tokyo or ramen-fueled adventures in Shinjuku, your moment has arrived. Likewise, if Japan is calling Swedes for business, design inspiration, or simply an excuse to buy a suitcase full of quirky vending machine snacks—ANA’s got you covered.

Karaoke Battle in Tokyo

Karaoke Battle in Tokyo: Sing Your Heart Out (and Hope You Don't Lose)

Ready to unleash your inner rock star? Forget about boring meetings and dull team-building exercises. Thanks to the capital city of Japan, Tokyo, prepare to take what could have been an ordinary reward trip and turn it into probably the best live performance you have ever had in the history of your life – singing all your favorite songs and dancing like no one is watching (although, we know it, people are watching everyone).

Need assistance with groups and incentives in Tokyo? Contact us today!

Here’s the deal: you and your group are about to dive into a Karaoke Battle in Tokyo that’s all about the glitz, glamour, and questionable vocal choices. You’ll get a private room complete with flashing lights, a mic, and an impressive song list that ranges from 80s power ballads to 90s boy band hits. No judgment if you belt out “I Will Survive” with all the heart you’ve got—or totally butcher it. Karaoke is all about the performance, not perfection!

The challenge? To out-sing, out-dance, and out-perform your colleagues. You’ll have to bring your A-game, so start practicing that air guitar solo or your best moonwalk. No one’s here for shy and timid. We’re here for theatrics. Bonus points if you throw in a dramatic hand gesture or pretend to lose your balance during a high note. It’s all part of the show!

Of course, it wouldn’t be karaoke without snacks and drinks. Between belting out “Livin’ on a Prayer” and getting some much-needed hydration (and courage), you’ll be munching on crispy fried chicken, sushi, and other Japanese comfort food. Trust us, you’ll need all the energy to keep those performances going strong.

Who will take the throne? Is it the one who hits every single note? Or maybe the other who doesn’t hit any note but makes everyone laugh so much that they do not mind? In any case, you will walk out with incredible memories, tighter relationships with your teammates and, most likely, a sore throat.

Karaoke in Tokyo is definitely a 'yes' – just do not say we should be blamed when your colleagues start asking for more!
